Simflofy Announced Their Federal Government Products’ Availability to the Private Sector
ATLANTA, March 20, 2020 — Simflofy, a service provider specializing in big data processing through federation of multiple (all) platforms under one management console, announced their Federal Government products’ availability to the private sector, with use in 35 of the Fortune 100 already.
Launched in 2012 ensuring the Departments of Defense and State can securely find, process, and/or migrate all content, data, metadata, and personally identifiable information (PII) from all applications, platforms, and repositories simultaneously, Simflofy is the only tool that can work on any type of data, and anywhere data is stored.
“We are thrilled to expand our offerings to the rest of the business community,” said Mark Lugert, founder and CEO, Simflofy, who after four years working at Alfresco concluded, “I was surprised at how every vendor sold the one ECM (Enterprise Content Management) to rule them all story, yet every customer had at least five sources of content, and one even had over 200. I thought there had to be a better way, and Simflofy was born. However, what we did was create mock-ups that people could play with. We took that to about 50 companies to get feedback, and every time modifying the mock-up with respect to the feedback. After six months of this, we came out with our first product and deployed to our first customer, McKesson. It has been an exciting past few years seeing our vision come to fruition, and now finally getting to a point where we can handle a higher volume of customers.”
The real differentiator with Simflofy is their ability to connect, manage, and unify any source or type of data. With connectors to 60 plus of the most popular applications, platforms, and repositories out of the box and about a two-week development time for anything there hasn’t been a need for yet, which is less than implementation time, the product can be ready for any environment on day one.
This truly unique and powerful technology allows administrators, researchers, data managers, and average users to no longer have to check one location after another looking for what they need, always wondering if there is something new or somewhere they missed. Embedded security and granular credentialing mean the right people can find the right data – instantly. Utilizing one intuitive and customizable (HTML) interface or interfaced (API) with current systems, users can have the same search experience they are used to, but only have to do it once. That would be an average time savings close to 30% in today’s workplace – a calculable ROI.
“This is the coolest thing since sliced bread,” remarked Daniel Lunin, systems analyst and channel manager, Simflofy. “I have seen very few genuinely revolutionary tools like this. We have the ability to consolidate everything under one hood, from Facebook and Twitter to Salesforce and ERPs, along with any conventional cloud or local storage. If you work with big data and know the pain of locating hidden/dark data, migrating disparate and legacy systems, or managing data sprawl in general, you can appreciate simplifying data flow with Simflofy.”
Using Simflofy technology, data can be manipulated in any manner either by moving or downloading – or making changes right where it resides, with a manage in-place capability. The data never knows it wasn’t accessed the old fashion way – by hunting it down. This becomes even more useful when legacy or merger/acquisition storage is involved. And, all processing is completely auditable, keeping administrators fully in the loop.
In addition, Simflofy’s tools may be the only (and certainly easiest) method to migrate data from many sources to wherever it needs to be moved. They have built-in the ability to mass extract any, or all, types of data from any, or all, locations to any new location, with a current speed of about 3,000 documents per second. “At one time or another, most of our clients will use the migration mechanism that performs automated discovery of all data types, metadata transfer, conversion of one key system to another, image conversion, and anything else that would need to be done,” noted Mark Lugert.
Simflofy’s partners include Alfresco, MongoDB, Amazon Web Service (AWS), Box, SAP, along with over 20 popular data management companies currently.
