PingCAP to Close Out Data At Scale Roadshow 2023 with Final Stops in Chicago and New York

SUNNYVALE, Calif., March 21, 2023 — Following the first four installations, PingCAP, a leading distributed SQL database provider, will complete the first series of Data At Scale Roadshow this month with two final meetups in Chicago and New York. The theme of this series is “Scaling Data Platform on Hybrid Transactional and Analytical Processing.”

Throughout the Data At Scale Roadshow, produced in partnership with AI Camp, data practitioners can attend meetups with industry-leading experts at PingCAP and explore the challenges and obstacles that come with handling, analyzing and scaling data, as well as share best practices and other experiences.

On the heels of successful events in San Francisco, Seattle, Austin and Atlanta, PingCAP looks forward to completing the final two stops of the Roadshow:

  • Chicago, March 21 at 6 p.m. ET – WeWork, 625 W Adams St, Chicago, IL 60661
    • Nabil Nawaz, Principal Solution Engineer at PingCAP, will present the tech talk session followed by a hands-on demo. Attendees will learn about the challenges of legacy scaling architectures, how to simplify data ecosystems and more.
  • New York, March 22 at 6 p.m. ET – WeWork, 408 Broadway, New York, NY 10013
    • Bill Kendall, Solution Architect at PingCAP, will present the tech talk session and hands-on demo. Bill will discuss the advancement of Distributed SQL as a primary data platform, how to achieve access to deep aggregation on real-time data and more.
