Neon Announces Enhanced Partnership Plan, Bringing Scalable Databases to Users Globally

SAN FRANCISCO, March 1, 2024 — Neon, a startup enhancing Postgres databases with serverless capabilities, has this week announced the enhancement of its partnership program, a monumental step forward in achieving its mission of bringing Postgres to as many developers as possible across the globe.

The company, which recently announced its securement of a $46M investment, continues its growth with this latest update.

The partnership program, which was launched in July of last year, has seen Neon work with companies such as Vercel and Replit, reaching hundreds of thousands of developers who are now building their applications on serverless Postgres.

The updated program will now offer partners two tiers when engaging with Neon:

  • Standard Partners: The simplest way for a developer platform to become a Neon partner. With seamless onboarding, users can start to embed serverless Postgres into their platform, and offer Neon’s features to their customers.
  • Premier Partners: For larger platforms who would like custom features and dedicated resources, there is the introduction of Premier Partners tier, a more dedicated program focused on the needs of the Enterprise.

Both tiering options allow any developer platform interested in offering scalable databases to their users without the concerns of managing infrastructure.
