NEW YORK, Feb. 22, 2019 — Information Builders, a leader in business intelligence (BI), analytics, and data management solutions, today announced strong momentum in Q4 2018 and throughout the year as a result of its commitment to innovation and customer success, as well as providing the industry’s most scalable platform for data management and analytics. The company has since appointed Frank J. Vella as chief executive officer and announced significant investments in the growth of its Global Partner Program – positioning itself for further sustained progress in 2019.

Financial Performance
In 2018, Information Builders returned to bookings growth through an increase in software sales. North America showed strong growth and a very strong Q4. This contributed to the organization’s momentum during the year, along with the increased global demand driving business performance through trusted data and analytics at scale.

Customer Wins
Information Builders’ 2018 momentum in the area of new customer acquisition continued into Q4 with expansion coming from new logo wins, particularly new clients embracing our cloud offering. New customers in Q4 span industries from the public sector and insurance to supply chain and manufacturing. Among the net new customers are American National Bank, AFL, Franklin Templeton Investments, Maryland State Department of Education, and TeamHealth.

Throughout 2018, in recognition of the company’s continued global excellence, Information Builders was recognized with 26 industry awards, honored as a leader in eight crowd-sourced reports driven by customer reviews, and named the number one vendor or Leader in eight analyst reports.
