Hortonworks Announces Hadoop Summit Melbourne

SYDNEY, Australia, Aug. 18 — Host Hortonworks (NASDAQ: HDP) today announced the first Asia-Pacific Hadoop Summit taking place in Melbourne, Australia. Hadoop Summit is the premier industry event for those seeking best practices about the transformational impact of big data on organizations. The conference will take place August 31st – September 1st, 2016 at the Crown Conference Centre in Melbourne, Australia, featuring more than 60 speakers across 48 sessions.
