GrafanaCONline Returns June 7-17, CFP Is Open Now

March 17, 2021 — One year ago, Grafana was in full planning mode for GrafanaCon, which was supposed to take place in Amsterdam in May. That, of course, wasn’t meant to be, as the pandemic soon began shutting down the world.

Because the community couldn’t come to GrafanaCon, we brought GrafanaCONline to you. In the end, going virtual enabled us to include almost 20,000 members of the global Grafana community watching from their homes, far more than the 500 we would usually host in person.

So even though we are disappointed that we still can’t meet face-to-face this year, we are excited to announce that we are once again bringing GrafanaCONline to our community around the world June 7-17.

Over two weeks, we will be hosting 20+ live online sessions, demos, workshops, and more. And we can’t wait to share with you the next-generation features we’ve been busy working on for the Grafana 8.0 release.

You can register for GrafanaCONline now.

No Grafana event would be complete without the stories from our community. So if you’re doing something special you’d like to share, the CFP for GrafanaCONline is now open. We are seeking presenters for 20- and 40-minute talks around IT observability, health and sciences, IoT, business intelligence dashboards, homelab projects, and beyond. We encourage submissions from first-time speakers and speakers from underrepresented groups. The CFP is open until 11:59 pm PDT on Friday, April 9 (06:59 UTC on Saturday, April 10). More information and the official CFP application can be found here.

We look forward to seeing you (online) again in June!
