SEED Infotech Joins Hortonworks Partner Program

PUNE, IndiaJuly 7  — Apache Hadoop is one of the most sought after open source software tools in the data analytics, data management and data storage markets because of its ability to store and analyze large size data sets that are churned out daily by enterprises in various industries such as banking, healthcare and telecom. Hortonworks is the leading contributor and provider of Apache Hadoop and Hortonworks Data Platform (HDP) is the industry’s only 100-percent open source Hadoop distribution, explicitly architected, built, and tested for enterprise-grade deployments. In this year’s Forrester Wave: Big Data Hadoop Solutions, Hortonworks is positioned as a leader for its Hadoop offering.

SEED Infotech joins the Hortonworks Training Delivery Partner Program as an authorized partner to provide certified training to deliver Hadoop courses in India and Asia (excluding China and Hong Kong). SEED Infotech will now offer Hortonworks course content, and real-world lab experiences designed by the leaders and core committers of Apache Hadoop. These courses will enable users, managers, developers, and architects to maximize their knowledge and understanding of open source Hadoop and HDP.

Speaking about joining the partner program, Mr. Narendra Barhate, Managing Director and CEO, SEED Infotech said, “SEED Infotech has always been a pioneer in providing various technology trainings. By joining the Hortonworks Training Delivery Partner Program, we are reassuring our commitment in providing the best-in-class technology trainings.”
