Process Stream Partners with Qlik to Provide Big Data Analytics to Life Sciences Industry

PRINCETON, N.J.Feb. 26 — Process Stream announced today a partnership with Qlik, a leader in user-driven Business Intelligence (BI).  Under the agreement, Process Stream will offer the QlikView Business Discovery platform in combination with its implementation services and business process expertise to the life sciences industry.

Life science companies and healthcare providers operate with highly specialized business processes. Rising costs, aging populations, and changing regulatory demands require flexible analysis to respond to the issues confronting your unique operational environment.  With QlikView’s patented core technology, associative experience, and collaboration and mobile capabilities, life sciences companies and healthcare providers can:

  • Make faster, better business and clinical decisions;
  • Shorten discovery-to-commercialization product cycles;
  • Improve physician feedback to manufacturers; and
  • Reduce the time and cost of regulatory compliance.

Mickey Shah, Managing Director of Business Development at Process Stream said, “Partnering with Qlik is a logical progression for Process Stream.  Process Stream implements a number of commercial off-the-shelf applications for our customers.  Our customers typically deploy QlikView to seamlessly integrate data of these applications into a comprehensive dashboard that provides very detailed and impactful analytics across multiple data sets.  Process Stream’s consultants will combine their business process expertise with QlikView to provide our customers with the analytics needed to make informed and timely business decisions. This partnership will help strengthen our Enterprise Applications Practice by providing implementation services of a self-service analytics platform for enterprise applications.”

“QlikView provides life science and pharmaceutical organizations with the information they need to stay on top of their business. Unlike traditional BI, where just a few people are involved in insight creation, Business Discovery enables everyone to create insight,” said Christof Majer, Vice President of Global Partner Sales and Partner Network at Qlik.  “Together with Process Stream’s strong implementation services, QlikView users will be further empowered to do their jobs smarter and faster and to make the informed decisions that drive success and give their companies the competitive edge.”
