OpenOsmium Selects Appfluent to Accelerate Big Data and Hadoop Initiatives

ROCKVILLE, Md., Sept. 9 — Appfluent Technology, Inc., a provider of Big Data management software to transform the economics of Big Data and Hadoop, today announced their selection by OpenOsmium Inc. as a strategic partner. Appfluent Visibility will provide OpenOsmium’s experts with an extensive historical view across their customers’ multiple big data platforms.

Following an evaluation of solutions and approaches available, Appfluent was selected as the critical product to add to OpenOsmium’s arsenal of solutions. OpenOsmium can use the data usage and workload analytics provided by Appfluent to address their clients’ data warehouse performance and capacity limitations, drive data warehouse and business intelligence optimization, and propel new data initiatives.
