Impetus Introduces EAP for StreamAnalytix

LOS GATOS, Calif., July 15 — Impetus Technologies, a Big Data thought leader and software services and solutions company, today announced the Early Access Program (EAP) for StreamAnalytix — an Open Source based platform built for enterprises to reliably ingest, search, analyze, and respond to events in real-time at Big Data scale.

Based on Apache Storm, StreamAnalytix brings together a proven technology stack to provide massive scalability, dynamic routing of data, and a best-in-class visual pipeline designer for rapid application development and deployment. The platform is designed to empower enterprises across industry verticals to address a wide range of applications and use cases. Included in this are analytics of sensor based data, machine generated (M2M) data, logs, clickstreams, advertising data, and processing of financial data and transactions in real-time.

“StreamAnalytix lets enterprises focus on their real-time business logic by providing an abstraction of the infrastructure layer. This allows developers and administrators to create and manage complex real-time data pipelines in minutes with no in-depth technology skills required,” says Pankaj Mittal, Chief Technology Officer, Impetus Technologies.

Enterprises can use StreamAnalytix to take advantage of the steady stream of innovation flowing from the worldwide Open Source movement, to stay future-proof, and avoid the risks of proprietary technology lock-in. They also have access to a rich suite of professional services and support offered by Impetus Technologies, a well-established leader in Big Data implementation.
