DataStax’s Cassandra Summit Announces Keynote Speakers and Sponsors

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Aug. 26 — DataStax, the company that delivers Apache Cassandra to the enterprise, today announced featured keynote speakers Jeff Ludwig, VP Network Platform Data and Engineering from Sony Network Entertainment and Yi Li, CEO of image recognition software start-up Orbeus. The event is set to take place September 10-11 at the Westin St. Francis in San Francisco and will also showcase keynotes from Apache Cassandra Project chair and DataStax Co-Founder Jonathan Ellis as well as DataStax’s CEO Billy Bosworth.

5th Annual Cassandra Summit Event Details

The event will be the largest gathering of Cassandra users ever with more than 3,000 attendees expected to join at the Summit and meetups taking place around the world in cities including Athens, Barcelona, London, Cape Town, Tel Aviv and Toronto.
