Alteryx Welcomes Chuck Cory and Tim Maudlin to Board of Directors

IRVINE, Calif., April 27 — Alteryx, Inc., the leader in self-service data analytics, announced it has appointed Chuck Cory, former Chairman, Technology Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley, and Tim Maudlin, an Independent Financial Services Professional, to its Board of Directors.

In more than three decades as an investment banker and M&A practitioner at Morgan Stanley, Chuck has advised his clients on more than 300 successful transactions aggregating in excess of $500 billion, ranging from IPOs and debt financings to corporate restructurings and business combinations.

Tim Maudlin comes to the board with a strong web and ecommerce background and is an experienced advisor and board member for a variety of companies spanning multiple industries. He serves as Lead Independent Director, Audit Committee Chair, and member of the Compensation Committee on the Board of Directors for WEB.com. Previously he served on the Board of Directors for ExactTarget, Inc., as Lead Independent Director, Chair of the Audit Committee, and Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee. Tim has also served on the boards of MediaMind Technologies Inc., Fanatics, Inc., Newegg, Inc., and Sucampo. In addition, Tim was a managing partner of Medical Innovation Partners, and President of its management company.
